Created using the words to the Fireman's Prayer
Created out of the Russian Lyrics to the Soviet National Anthem The Old Soviet Union has become a symbol of Cold War power and military strength. As we near 20 years since the fall of the Soviet Union the symbols of the era have entered the relm of Pop Culture. Much like other poilitical Pop Culture icons such as Che Guevara, love them or hate them there is something about them that stirs up emotions and debate. The music and lyrics of the Soviet Nation Anthem do extactly that. The music is nearly impossible to listen to without being moved in someway. We have taken the lyrics to the anthem in its original Russian lettering and turned it into the classic hammer and sickle national flag.
Created using the words to the Fireman's Prayer “Enable me to be alert and hear the weakest shout”. This is just one example of some of the power words of the firemans prayer which was written by firefighter A.W. “Smokey” Linn in 1958 in response to a call where three children were trapped behind bars and was unable to save them.
