Exchange / Refund Instructions and policy

***HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY****

Please note that we have extended our return policy during the holiday season. All purchases made after 11/1/2024 will offer a 60 day return window


Returns

- Simply send item to us for a full refund. Please make sure to include your full name and contact info in the return package, and clearly note you would like a refund.

Exchanges
- Any item can be sent back to be exchanged for a different size or color. Please include a note stating what you would like us to change it for and where you would like us to ship it to and we will ship the replacement out within 24-48 hours.

- All orders returned more than 30 days after purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee on the total return amount.

- All orders returned with a strong odor (such as smoke or perfume), or worn out and covered in dirt that is heavy enough that we can no longer resell the item will be charged a 15% damaged item fee on the total return amount.

 

Who pays for return shipping on exchanges and returns?

If you are looking to exchange an item for a larger or smaller size - we will gladly make the exchange. Our store policy is that the customer pays for return shipping back to us, and we will pay for the shipping of the replacement back to you.

In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping back to us. If the customer would like to return due to defect or misprint - please contact us and it will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges are $4.99 on orders below $50.  All orders above $50 receive free standard shipping.  Prices for Priority mail are based on the size of the order.  If you chose Priority Mail as a shipping option, the final price will show in your cart before check out.
  
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped out from our Las Vegas, NV Warehouse.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped out using USPS. From time to time, specifically for larger orders - we may opt to use UPS
 
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the order status menu option on the top of the page and putting in your email address and order number that you would have received when you placed the order.  If you didn't receive an order confirmation email please check your spam folder.  
 
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
 
How do your shirts fit?
Our designs are available on t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies and so much more.
To find your right fit, we recommend measuring a shirt you own and love the way it fits. Lay it flat and measure it. Then compare that with our size chart. You can find the size chart at the top of the page, in the upper navigation.
 
Can you create a custom design or print a custom message on my order?
Unfortunately, we do not create any custom artwork or do any custom printing.
