Just like a great meal is a combination of different ingredients to create one final amazing dish, Manhattan is unique from everywhere else on the planet because of all its neighborhoods combined. The people, the food, the culture etc.. each neighbor has its own personality and all together they make up the great Island of Manhattan. This "big apple" design is created out of the great neighborhoods of Manhattan.
Created using the word Mahalo - Much like the word Aloha; Mahalo has many different meanings. Mahalo is a Hawaiian word meaning thanks, gratitude, admiration, praise, esteem, regards, or respects. With that many wonderful meanings, there is no doubt that Mahalo is a simply a beautiful word. We used Hawaii's State flower The Hibiscus and recreated it out of the word Mahalo for this design.
